DFI launches ALF51, a 1.8” single-board computer (SBC) measuring just at 84 x 55 mm, tiny enough to be held within two fingers. This compact sized motherboard based on Intel Atom® Processor E3900 Series with low power consumption and cost-efficient feature can be suited for space-limited applications without compromising its high performance.
With only a credit card size, ALF51 belongs to the form factor Femto–ITX measuring only 65% of 2.5” Pico-ITX form factor, 30% of 3.5″ SBC form factor board, enabling it to fit into different limited spaces.
Powered by Intel Atom® Processor E3900 Series under the Goldmont architecture and the latest 14nm process technology, this board is ideally designed with 30% advanced processing capability and low power consumption with the average of 9 W TDP, meeting energy-efficient and power saving demands.
ALF51 motherboard with fanless design and industrial grade features that support extended temperature up to -40 to 85°C and industrial grade 12V DC can survive under strict conditions such as industrial automation, ensuring equipment’s reliable performance and long-term life span.
ALF51 is small but complete supported with various I/O ports such as 1 x Mini DP++, 2 x USB 3.1 Gen1. ALF51 is especially as an IIoT gateway designed with dual GbE, one GbE will be connected to network server; another one will be connected to device side such as I/O control or camera receiving and transferring data. Additionally, it supports mini PCIe expansion for WIFI/BT and 3G/4G in IIoT solutions.
