Nisko Technologies Ltd requires a technical support engineer (pre and post sales) to technically assist and accompany their salesmen to promote new and existing projects in the IT field. The position includes tailoring technical solutions to customer requirements, providing solutions for hardware and software problems, assistance in implementing the company's products with our customers and troubleshooting.
Engineer/practical computer engineer or electronics or technically proved training in the IT field.
Experience of at last 3 years for technical support, accompanying development groups and implementing technological solutions.
Security classification and experience in supporting defense customers – advantage
Proven knowledge and experience in operating systems – Windows and Linux.
Knowledge and experience in virtual environments.
Knowledge and experience in STORAGE – SDS.
Knowledge and experience in supporting switches.
Knowledge of computer architecture processors, ARM, x 86, PCIe busses.
Knowledge of script writing.
Ability to understand and provide system solutions.
Proven knowledge and experience in writing documents English/Hebrew, full command in OFFICE.
High-level English reading writing, speech - mandatory.
Driving license – mandatory.
Presentable appearance, reliable, diligent.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Independent learning ability.
Customer service orientated.
